Product Design

Hari has a diverse experience in product, space and retail design. He's worked in Europe and India for clients such as Philips, Skyworks, Type22 airport solutions, Fokker VIP Aircrafts, Sealskin and Callaway Golf, to name a few. His areas of design include baggage handling systems at airports, VIP aircraft interiors, consumer electronic products, public toilets, retail design - store design and shop fit. Besides design, Hari worked as a PLM consultant for Prion GmbH in Germany for three years and as PLM software engineer with Geometric Software Solutions, Pune. He has a master’s degree in Integrated Product Design from TU Delft,

The Netherlands and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Production Engineeringfrom GIT, Belgaum. Besides native Indian languages, he is well-versed in German and Dutch too

At MIT-ID, Hari conducts courses such as product visualisation, product form, semantics, colour material & finish, design & emotion, systems design etc.,. He has written & presented several research papers which have been published in international conference proceedings.
