MAEER MITS INSTITUTE OF DESIGN

The First Faculty Conclave of the MAEERs MITs Institute of Design unfolded over two days in the sylvan surroundings of the Girivan resort near Mulshi, Pune. It was an enriching two days for all the faculty members as there was a tremendous amount of sharing by all - with the subjects of debate, deliberation and discussion ranging from academic administration matters, to retrospection, to design education, to curriculum development, to future plans and visions, amongst others. The presence of the Chairperson, Governing Council, along with the Executive Director of the MAEERs MIT ID, greatly enthused the Conclave. The spirit of bonhomie along with a sense of camaraderie that was felt, embodies the readiness and sense of purpose for the new academic session 2007-2008.
