Fashion Design
   

Fashion Management
  & Marketing

Post Graduate in Fashion Management or equivalent course from a recognized Institute. Minimum 6-10 years experience in Marketing department of Fashion Industry / Fashion House/ Design Institute

   

Fashion Design & Illustration
 Jr. Faculty

Post Graduate in Fashion Apparel Design from a recognized Institute. Minimum 2 years experience in design department of Fashion Industry / Fashion House/ Design Institute.
   

Fashion Design & Illustration
 Sr. Faculty

Post Graduate in Fashion Apparel Design from a recognized Institute. Minimum 10 years experience in design department of Fashion Industry / Fashion House/ Design Institute.

   

Store & Display Design

Graduate or Post Graduate in any specialization of Design. Minimum 6 years experience in "Visual Merchandising & Store / Exhibition design".
   

Textile Design studies
  for Fashion Design

Graduate or Post Graduate in any specialization of Textile Technology. Minimum 6 years experience in "Textile studies for Fashion Design".
   

Fashion Imaging

Graduate or Post Graduate in any specialization of Fashion Communication / FPI from a recognized Institute. Minimum 6 years experience in Communication department of Fashion / advertising Industry.
   

Retail & Exhibition Design
  Faculty having diploma / degree in Design / Architecture from the institute of repute (NID/IDC/others) with relevant experience of 3 to 7 yrs in exhibition / Retail Design.
   

Pre Design (Foundation)
 

Faculty having diploma/degree in Design with 2-3 years of teaching experience in any design institute or equivalent.
   

Product Design
 

Faculty having diploma/degree in Product Design with 2-3 years of industry /consultancy/teaching experience.
   

Graphic Design
  Senior Faculty: M.Des. /Applied or any design background specializing in Publication Design and Print Production with sound background of Typography.
  Junior Faculty: M.Des. / Graduate Diploma to teach Basic courses in design orientation and process preferably from a design institute background.
  Junior Faculty: M.Des. / Graduate Diploma to teach courses in Communication studies, history of Design, Inter-Design studies and other theory based courses.
   

Transportation Design
 

Faculty having diploma/degree in Transportation/Product Design with 5-7 years experience in automotive industry and having rich hands on experience of ideation and conceptualization of Vehicles. Should have good automotive and rendering skills and knowledge of ALIAS AUTOSTUDIO software.
   

Film and Video Design
 

Graduate from reputed Film school with 5 years of on-field experience. Integrated approach towards Cinema technology. Should be able to connect well with students.
   

User Experience Design
 

Faculty having Graduate/Post Graduate diploma/degree from the reputed academic institute, having relevant Academic/Industry experience of 3 to 7 yrs in any of the field of Interaction Design, Interface Design, Design Research, Usability Engineering or prototype engineering related to USER EXPERINCE DESIGN

MAEER’s MIT Institute of Design would like to invite all the design professionals to get associated with our institute and share their rich knowledge and experience with our students.
Other than full time faculty positions you can get associated with our institute as:
  1. Adjunct Faculty: Wherein there will be a commitment of spending some fixed number of days every month as per your convenience.
  2. Visiting faculty: This will be based on course of the students. As and when the respective course is going on the faculty will be invited to conduct the sessions.
  3. Guest Faculty: Workshops/Seminars/Lectures can be given on any design related topics.
