He is a fine blend between Manufacturing and Design. His skills set includes over 4 years of hands on experience in Catia V5, proficiency in Fast Form blank and nest software, proficiency in team center (PLM software), good knowledge of GD&T and ASME14.5M Standards, press tools, casting-moulds, Human Builder ergonomics, DMU Kinematics and Functional Tolerance Dimensioning, Rapid Prototyping Technologies. He has conducted corporate training in Catia V5 for various organizations like Grupo Antoline, TAL, Dimension and Dana India Pvt. Ltd. He has delivered guest lectures on Rapid prototyping, GD & T, Advances in CADCAM, Welding technology under student’s chapter of Institute of Engineers at various engineering colleges affiliated to University of Pune.

During the period of his post graduation, he served for MIT, Pune as a lecturer in Mechanical Engineering Department. At MIT, he was In-charge of Rapid prototyping cell and offered services to organizations like Tata Visteon, Taco, Apollo tyres, IIT Powai, Sancheti hospital, ARAI, Bill-care. He was In-charge of technical team of robots design for Robocon 2005 to 2008. He coordinated final year project work in mechanical engineering and Industry Institute partnership cell from 2005 to 2007. He was also chairperson of paper setter’s committee in Rapid Prototyping and syllabus reform committee of University of Pune.

His notable achievements include Membership of Contest Committee of Robocon International 2008 for building contest theme and special certificate award by Thermax Ltd. for significant contribution in Environmental Management Systems in June 2000.
