Three students of MIT Institute of Design have come up with an innovative solution that gives a new lease of life to the shopping bags.They have designed an interesting shopping bag which can be easily converted into a hanger to hang clothes in the wardrobe.

SEEKH, workshop on portfolio cteation and professional development by MIT Institute of Design (MITID) was recently hosted at the MITID Loni campus. The platform encouraged and provided students an opportunity to develop their knowledge and enhance their skills and attitude beyond academic learning by interacting with industry experts. The workshop focused on making students aware about the latest advancements in the industry.
WorldSkills Competition 2013 in Graphic Design Category
Nikita Kanade, undergraduate final year Graphic Design student from MIT Institute of Design, Pune was one of the top 3 contestants in Graphic Design category for the final selection of the Indian Contingent for WorldSkills Competition 2013 scheduled in the month of July at Germany.
