Pallavi is an Architect and Industrial Designer from School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), New Delhi, followed by 12+ years of work experience across diverse design disciplines and cross cultural understanding with exposure to international design scene.
Having a human centric approach, aimed to unravel the hidden stimuli which drives the user, she has worked on multi-disciplinary and multi-sector experience in product design, user centred design, design research, innovation consulting, brand communication, strategy and implementation.
Her scope of work also includes studying aspirations and unmet needs of consumers across categories like FMCG, Retail, Consumer durables, Lifestyle, Furniture, Finance, Healthcare and Education, rethinking business models and developing innovative offerings and supporting strategies to help support clients as they experiment with new categories, channels or business models to fuel sustainable growth.

In her past, she has worked with Honda Styling Design division and Innovation & Design Centre at Godrej. Her experience design, branding and retail design projects includes brands like Starbucks, Victoria’s Secrets, La Senza, Steve Madden, Gas, Gap, Maspar, Hypercity, Shoppers Stop and Co-op Mart in APAC regions.

She also enjoys ideating and conducting workshops on innovation, design thinking, design research and user centred design frameworks.
