Vibha Deshpande is a passionate educator, behavioral science expert, and lifelong learner with over two decades of experience at the intersection of academia, mental health, and educational innovation. She currently leads the Behavioral Science Center as Professor of Practice at MITADT University and is the Founder-Director of Tailwinds India as well as the Teach The Future India Hub. Her work draws from diverse disciplines—psychotherapy, counseling, behavioral economics, futures thinking, and teacher education—reflecting her deep belief in holistic and human-centered growth.

Her journey has been about weaving psychology into the fabric of design and education—whether it’s through mentoring students, developing meaningful curricula, or nurturing institutional culture. From community-based mental health initiatives to international collaborations in Afghanistan and with Teach the Future, USA, she has consistently worked to make learning more empathetic, purposeful, and future-ready.

Her areas of research include educational leadership, visioning, self-image and learning, language development, and youth psychology. A firm believer in emotional intelligence and preventive mental health, she brings depth and heart to her work with NGOs, schools, and corporates. Vibha is a life member of the American Psychological Association and the Association of Professional Futurists, advocating for education that is inclusive, imaginative, and grounded in foresight and empathy.
