Hariom Jagtap, an educator and researcher with expertise in Game Design, Game Development and XR technologies. After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Animation, he began his career as a Game Designer and later expanded into Game Development, combining creative design with technical implementation. This interdisciplinary expertise led him to roles as a Technical Artist and XR Technical Artist, followed by leadership positions in management.
Alongside his industry career, he pursued his Master’s degree and contributed to several research publications as an author and co-author. After working in Bengaluru’s technology industry, he transitioned into academia as an Assistant Professor, where he focuses on teaching, research, and mentoring future professionals. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D., exploring the intersection of immersive media, technology, design, and innovation.
