Her professional experience spans product design and management, homeware and lifestyle products, trend forecasting, material exploration, and brand development. She has worked across the product development process, from design research and concept development to CAD, prototyping, and supplier collaboration. Alongside her industry experience, she has pursued freelance design practice in London, working across brand identity, visual communication, and social media content.
Her work also extends to design communication and storytelling, including the development of brand, exhibition, and promotional content for design-led initiatives, with work featured in connection with the London Design Festival. These experiences have broadened her perspective on how design can communicate ideas, engage audiences, and create meaningful connections between products, brands, and people.
Her areas of interest include product development, design research, design strategy, and innovation-led problem-solving. Her postgraduate research explored enhancing the user experience of grocery e-commerce platforms for Generation X consumers in the United Kingdom, focusing on user behavior and translating research insights into meaningful design opportunities.
As an educator, she aims to bridge design theory with industry practice, encouraging critical thinking, experimentation, and a user-centred approach. She is particularly interested in fostering a holistic understanding of the design process, from identifying opportunities and developing concepts to creating thoughtful, functional, and relevant product solutions.
