Chesta Kandpal is a User Experience Design educator who believes that design is not merely about interfaces, but about shaping meaningful human experiences through responsible technology. She graduated in Science and post-graduated in Computer Science, building a strong analytical and technical foundation that informs her approach to design and systems thinking.

Her academic interests lie at the intersection of Human Computer Interaction, emerging technologies, and intelligent learning ecosystems. Currently pursuing her PhD in HCI, her research explores the use of advanced deep learning architectures to predict and enhance online teaching quality on e-learning platforms, reflecting her commitment to strengthening digital education through data-driven, human-centered approaches.

As the Head of the User Experience Design Department, she envisions a future where designers are empowered by technology rather than intimidated by it. She integrates academic rigor, industry relevance, and ethical innovation into the curriculum, nurturing designers who are research-aware, technically grounded, and socially responsible.
