Chiranjib Narzary is an Industrial designer from NID (National Institute of Design). He has 2 years industry and 9 years Academic experiences with different areas. As a specialist in industrial design, he has been associated with Foley designs Pvt. Ltd. (Bangalore), Y- walls design (New Delhi), Prof. Sudarshan Khanna (New Delhi), founder of toy and design in NID and Design Clinic Scheme (NID) Ahmadabad.

Chiranjib has been invited as a guest faculty for MSMEs programs and has been design consultant for many organizations.

Chiranjib was a regular faculty at Pearl academy in Delhi (Naraina) and Avantika Design University (Ujjain) before joining MITID.

He has a background in Bachelor of Fine Art (sculpture) and M.des in Industrial design (Toy and Game Design). He is experienced in product design, furniture design, technical innovations, and crafts projects. He has very good understanding skills on wood, bamboo, cane, leather, jute and many more on natural materials. 

He works through creating ideas, design innovation and development work and develops models and prototypes using different materials and techniques. He is proficient in free hand sketching, sculpting and realistic model making with several mediums. Chiranjib is design innovator as well as professional artist. His artworks include drawings, art installations, paintings, sculptures, product designs, furniture designs, bag designs and toy and game designs.

Chiranjib is proficient in digital media and skillful for programs Illustrator, Flash, Adobe Photoshop, in Design, sketch up and 3D rhino and rendering in key shot.

Research Interest: Wooden mechanism toys, Bamboo product design and Craft oriented products.

Design Interest: Ergonomics, Workshop skills and Prototype skills, Basic form, Advance form, Simple product Design, Toy design, Bamboo product design, Furniture Design, Bag design, Craft Product design, Origami form making, Product sketching and rendering.
